Ana is our most established full-time registered massage therapist at Massage Central. Throughout her career, she has consistently provided clients with relaxing but effective deep-tissue massage treatments. Ana specializes in treating clients with physically demanding jobs, nerve impingements, pain and injury. She uses a slow and steady technique to reach the deep tissue layers and trigger points to loosen the muscles in the body. Ana became a massage therapist because of her strong desire to help people feel their best. She has a genuine and quiet demeanour. Ana completed Alberta Massage Training’s 3000-hour program.
